Acceptance of terms
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are using ZERP on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that business.
Using the service
You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you create and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to access data belonging to other tenants.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it in order to run the service on your behalf.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation.
